Research of color transmission of LCD with digital Photo camera and LabView6.0

Final report of practical training at Mettler-Toledo factory.

Introduction

A lot of time has gone since people started getting interested in question what is light. During history there were some theories that were trying to describe it. In this report I'll tell about modern vision on light and it units.

Also will be describe light units measuring device and how are colours specified according to the International Commission on Illumination (Commission International de l'Eclairage, or CIE) standard.

As soon as digital camera has come to human live it's getting very interesting how camera react on different colours light and what mathematically algorithm it has inside. To obtain this result It's necessary to understand thoroughly all camera conditions and physic of colour temperature.
